Payments & Payment Policy:
Khamit Kinks accepts all major credit cards unfortunately we are unable to add gratuity to any debit or credit cards, no checks accepted. Gratuities must be left in cash.

Consultation Appointments:
Payment for consultations must be paid when booking.

Bridal Services:
50% deposit is required for the day of the wedding (non-refundable if cancelled less than 3 weeks before wedding)

Changing Styles:
Changing styles from a more expensive style to a less expensive one on the same day, will result in no price reduction.

Refunds:
We do not issue refunds on Salon Services.  Our stylists pride themselves on providing you with exceptional service and quality customer care. They are all professional, educated and experienced and will provide you with the best hair care service possible.

However, if you are not satisfied with the results of any salon service, please let your stylist know before leaving the salon. We offer a one-time adjustment at no additional charge within 7-business days of service with the same stylist.  We require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually assessed.

Cancellations:
Your appointment at Khamit Kinks is very important to us as it is reserved especially for you.
We understand that scheduled adjustments are necessary; therefore we have in place a 48-hour cancellation policy and respectfully request at least 48-hours notice for all appointment cancelations including consultations.

In consideration of your time, our other clients and our stylists, appointment reminders are sent via email two days and one day in advance of all appointments. You may email, call or leave us a voicemail at (718) 422-2600 to confirm, reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Rescheduling on the day is the same as not showing or canceling on the day. If we receive no cancellation from you 48-hours in advance of your appointment we charge 50% of the service. We understand that a medical/life emergency can not be predicted. We mindfully consider such occasions and have an understanding when they occur.
