The 40th Annual Atlantic Antic 2014

Our team having fun at last year’s Atlantic Antic 2013

It’s that time again, but this time it’s the 40th Annual Atlantic Antic.  What is the Atlantic Antic you ask?  Well, it’s the largest and most diverse street fair in the New York City area, with approximately a million visitors.  It runs the span of approximately two miles of Atlantic Avenue.

There will be venders selling everything from food to fashion and everything in-between.  Without a doubt, if you are there, you’re going to have a lots of fun and you will probably run into at least a few friends and see any number of intriguing strangers.  At the Atlantic Antic it seems every ethnicity is in attendance and you’ll be swept up into all the fun of exploring the cultural treasures that abound.  Another cool thing  is that you will often run into those you haven’t seen in many years, like childhood friend, old college friends, ex co-workers…  These chance encounters always makes for exciting interactions.

The food is delicious, the crafts are amazing, the fashions are artistic and cutting edge, and it’s the place to be this coming Sunday, September 28th rain or shine.  But the Weather Sistah is here to tell you, it’s going to 80 degrees and sunny.  So please do stop by our booth which will be located in front of our salon Khamit Kinks – 400 Atlantic Avenue near the corner of Bond.

We will be out in force showcasing Anu Essentials our natural line of hair and body products.  We will be offering express consults informing you of the great benefits of using our lush, moisture rich line.  Not to mention, you will be able to see “live and in person” some of our fabulous hairstyles.

We will be easy to find because DJ Hard Hittin Harry will be spinning the beats and all you have to do is follow the bumping sounds!  Whoop!

We hope to…

See you on Sunday!
